My journey has taken me through classrooms, boardrooms, and church leadership. Whether I’m guiding students through the big questions of Philosophy and Theology or working with leaders through organisational transitions, I believe that relationships are the key to any success.

I love helping individuals navigate change, grow in confidence, and reach their full potential. I’m also fascinated by organisational change, looking at how we move from A to B without compromising values.

Looking at life through a biblical lens, the strap line, Firm Foundations, Skyscraper Faith is all about digging deep into the solid rock of Christ and his teachings in order to go higher, and stay there!
